Once you have found the items you would like to buy simply add them to the basket, you can then begin the checkout process by clicking on the “Checkout” link .

You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods, If you have already registered online with Ink2go.co.uk, simply enter your email address and password. Alternatively you can create a new account.or if you wanted to simply use the guest checkout and enter yor delivery information.

At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page When you are ready to complete your order, make a secure payment by entering your card details and clicking the place order button.

paypal is widely known thoughout the internet today and is a secure payment handler most people that shop online have a paypal account already and for those that dont there are two options the first is to simply open a account which can be done at www.paypal.co.uk and the other is to simply use your credit card this is easy just choose paypal at the payment page on our site and enter your card details when taken to the paypal page .paypals website is a secure payment site so you can rest assured that your details are safe should you have any questions regarding payments please contact us via the website or at sales@ink2go.co.uk

Returns

1.) If your goods arrive and do not meet the specification that was in the product information page you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit for the same amount. We will also pay for the posting of the item back to us.

2.) If your goods arrive and they are faulty, we will issue you with either a replacement or a refund. It's completely up to you .

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to sales@ink2go.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you and you will receive a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the cartridge to us and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
